TEAM CAPTAINS ONLY: to enroll your teams roster - go to the home page and scroll to the Flag Football listing. Make sure you have gone to Spokane Parks and Recreation Flag Football League first to register/pay.

Regular registration July 7th- Aug 22nd (as space allows) Limited number of teams per division / season

Late registration Aug 23- Aug 29th,2025 (as space allows)

Mandatory Virtual captain's meeting will be held on Thursday Sept 4th 2025 @ 6:00pm. Invitations will be sent after registration ends.
