TEAM CAPTAINS ONLY: to enroll your teams roster - go to the home page and scroll to the Flag Football listing. Make sure you have gone to Spokane Parks and Recreation Flag Football League first to register/pay.

SEASON STARTS August 30th and goes through October 18th,2026 (playoffs) 

Mandatory Virtual captain's meeting will be held on Aug 25th 2026 @ 6:00pm. Invitations will be sent after registration ends.
